Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Items returned without meeting these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Customers must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
